There's too much noise.
Everyone's talking. Few are doing. The market is full of hot takes and hype cycles, but what we really need are honest experiments and real results.
This is where we cut through the noise.
Three principles guide everything here:
1. Honest experiments over hot takes.
I share what I'm actually building, testing, and learning. The wins, the dead ends, the "well, that didn't work" moments. No polished case studies or theoretical frameworks. Just real work in progress.
2. Simplify the chaos.
We're drowning in tabs, tools, and scattered data. You have to have 30 tabs of 50 different spreadsheets plus 20 other different websites open just to do your work. You don't know what data is where. Massive havoc. I'm obsessed with finding ways to make work feel less like digital chaos and more like... well, work that doesn't suck.
3. Make it fun.
It's experiments. There's a bit of mystery of what we're going to get. Sometimes we're delighted, sometimes we're disappointed, but it's all part of the show. Uncertainty should be exciting, not paralyzing.
What you'll find here:
Real experiments from my business and client work
Candid conversations with people actually implementing change
Ways to simplify your digital workflow
No corporate jargon, no theoretical BS
This isn't a polished blog. That lives at notoperations.com. This is the messy workshop where the real building happens.
If you're tired of the noise and ready to build something, you're in the right place.
Come hang out.
PS: I'm Kenny. I went from 9-5 to solo freelancing to running an operations business. The most interesting work happens when you start experimenting.
